At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States, and cannot ship to PO boxes. Your order will be shipped within three days of your initial order. We currently ship using FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery. One your attic cover has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email including a tracking number to track the status and delivery date of your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase before installation, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Returned or exchanged attic covers must be in the condition you received.
Attic Covers that have been installed are non-refundable. Before installing your cover please be sure to position the cover in your attic’s rough frame to guarantee you have the right size cover. If you find that your cover does not fit, we will happily exchange your cover. You will only be charged for the cost of shipping the product back to our facility and the difference if you may need a larger cover.
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
